    Dedrick "Big D" Casab has been with Berlin City Auto Group for more than a decade and a half. In his present position at the Vermont automotive dealership, Dedrick serves Sales Manager, a role he enjoys thoroughly as it enables him to make the most of his excellent people skills. Dedicated to providing "over the top" care to every customer he assists, Dedrick is proud to be one of Berlin City's most experienced team members, placing great value on the long-lasting relationships he has built with his clients over the years.

    Originally hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Dedrick enjoys New England living for a number of reasons, noting that he is especially fond of the upper East Coast's gorgeous mountain ranges and fantastic weather. A fan of classic American cars, Dedrick singles his 1964 Chevy Impala low-rider convertible as a vehicle he loves. When he isn't busy helping customers at Berlin City Auto Group, Dedrick can usually be found spending quality time at home with his kids playing video games on the family X-Box 360. A multi-talented individual with a wide array of interests aside from all things automotive-related, Dedrick is a gifted jeweler with advanced diamond grinding skills.

    Rob Swartwout has devoted more than two decades to his career in the automotive industry. A member of the team at Berlin City Auto Group for over 13 years, Rob currently acts as a Sales Manager at the dealership, priding himself on providing top-notch customer service in every respect.

    Utilizing his extensive knowledge to ensure that every client he works with drives away in the perfect vehicle, Rob stands apart as one of the most experienced team leaders at Berlin City. A lifelong New England denizen, Rob was born and raised in Maine.

    Like so many other upper East Coast residents, Rob holds a deep appreciation for the region's distinct seasons, venturing out into nature whenever he gets the chance. When he isn't busy offering "over the top" care to his customers at Berlin City Auto Group, Rob takes time outside of work to bicycle during the warmer months and snow-shoe in the winter

    Terry "Timdogg" Kempton joined the staff at Berlin City Auto Group nearly 15 years ago. Currently acting as a Parts Manager at the Vermont automotive dealership, Terry brings a markedly enthusiastic attitude to his work, treating every customer he encounters as if they were old friends.

    Known for his outgoing personality, Terry is always happy to have an opportunity to chat with his clients, taking time to fully educate everyone he deals with about the new car or truck they've purchased. An indication of his top-notch customer service skills, Terry has led his team in sales for the past nine quarters. Highly knowledgeable about both foreign and domestic automobiles, Terry presently drives a Nissan Maxima. Although he loves his Nissan, Terry singles out a Shelby GT-500 Mustang as his dream vehicle, a classic American muscle car revered for its innovative design and impressively powerful engine.

    Outside of his work at Berlin City Auto Group, Terry can usually be found spending time with his wife, either out on the town at a movie or concert, or simply relaxing at home. For his next vacation, Terry looks forward to taking a cross-country road trip, stopping at national landmarks like the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington, D.C., Mount Rushmore, Gettysburg, and the Grand Canyon along the way.

    Ernest J. Lawder currently acts as a Sales Guide at Berlin City Auto Group. A lifelong New Englander, Ernest grew up in Massachusetts and Vermont, embarking on his career in the automotive industry upon joining the team at the dealership in 2009.

    Highly knowledgeable about a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicle manufacturers including Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, Volkswagen, and Kia, to name a few, Ernest consistently aims to provide customers with service that meets and exceeds their expectations in every capacity.

    Working with the rest of his colleagues in Berlin City Auto Group's Sales Department, Ernest focuses his energy on offering "over the top" care to every client, noting that he finds it extremely gratifying to watch a happy customer drive off the dealership's lot in a new vehicle that perfectly suits their needs.

    In addition to his passion for all things automotive-related, Ernest is a big sports fan who can often be found rooting for the New England Patriots, the Boston Red Sox, and the Boston Celtics in his spare time. A devoted husband and father, Ernest also enjoys unwinding with his family at the beach, mall, movie theater, or at home.

    Gary N. Blanchard has been a member of the team at Berlin City Auto Group since 2007, joining the dealership after working in the technology sector at IBM for a number of years.

    Presently serving as a Parts Driver, Gary demonstrates a strong commitment to providing customer-centric service in all regards, collaborating with his co-workers in the Parts Department to ensure that all of Berlin City's clients receive "over the top" care at all times, no matter what their needs may be. Understanding the importance of his role, Gary will do whatever it takes to find the right part at the right price for a customer, getting the job done in a timely manner without sacrificing attention to detail.

    A native of Willsboro, New York, Gary enjoys living in the Northeastern United States for the same reasons that so many of his fellow New Englanders do. The region's weather is particularly appealing to Gary, especially Vermont's sunnier months, as he is an avid golfer who can often be found out on the golf course taking advantage of a beautiful day in his free time. Planning an upcoming vacation, Gary says he looks forward to taking a road trip across the United States, driving from Vermont to California for a change of scenery.

    A member of the team at Berlin City Auto Group for more than 11 years, Kathy LaPlant stands apart for her sunny personality and fantastic customer service skills.

    Currently working as a Greeter in the Vermont dealership's Guest Services division, Kathy is always quick to offer her assistance in any capacity, eager to ensure that every client she encounters at Berlin City departs entirely satisfied with the quality of their experience.

    Born and raised in Burlington, Kathy is a New Englander to the core. Asked to name her favorite things about living in the Northeast, Kathy is quick to single out Vermont's lovely foliage, noting that she is especially fond of the region's autumns and winters when apples and maple syrup come into season.

    When she isn't busy providing customers at Berlin City Auto Group with "over the top" care, Kathy can usually be found spending time with family and friends, either out on town or relaxing at home
