2014 KIA FORTE STEALS THE SPOTLIGHT

First views of the 2014 Forte in its blue-plated glory show a striking, angular design that is slightly longer than its predecessor in addition to gaining a few inches of width. The third-generation Forte really grabs the eye’s attention and holds on with its sculpted flanks, curves and fender lines. Along with the aforementioned changes, the Forte has also been lowered to achieve closer to the ground aerodynamics.

Moving outside-in, the Kia Forte’s interior has come under the redesign pencil, with great effect. Under the hood sits either a 1.8-liter 4-cyl. or 2.0-liter putting 173 horsepower under your foot’s command. The prior achieves 148 hp and 131 lb-ft of torque.

Upscale features and options abound such as satellite radio, heated mirrors, Eco package, customizable power steering, climate controlled seats and even a hand-warming heated steering wheel.
